Job Description
Harbinger is seeking a Manufacturing & Test Engineer to support electric motor builds on the 2nd shift. This role involves defining production strategy and executing the build of electric motors and drive unit assemblies. The Manufacturing Engineer will provide engineering support, resolve technical issues, and implement tooling solutions.
Role involves:
- Providing engineering support and leadership during the second shift.
- Setting up, calibrating, and maintaining test equipment.
- Executing test procedures and ensuring compliance with specifications.
- Resolving technical and mechanical issues in real-time.
- Designing, fabricating, and implementing tooling.
- Monitoring and analyzing manufacturing processes for continuous improvement.
- Collaborating with the Quality Assurance team to establish quality standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with early-stage manufacturing or new product introduction.
- Experience with automated test systems and data analysis platforms.
- Proficiency in CAD software.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
