Innovaccer is seeking a Manager-Talent Acquisition to define and execute talent acquisition strategies, focusing on stakeholder management, talent branding, market intelligence, and analytics. The role involves collaborating with Hiring Managers to develop strategic business plans for the Talent Acquisition function. He/she drives recruitment best practices, ensures operational standards, and fosters an environment centered on stakeholder management and delivery.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans for Talent Acquisition.
- Drive recruitment best practices and operational standards.
- Manage relationships with vendors.
- Develop strategies for diverse candidate pipeline.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree.
- 8–12 years of recruiting experience.
- Experience in competency-based recruiting program and talent branding.
- Proven track record of stakeholder management.
- Experience using ATS.
- Strong attention to detail and planning skills.
