Strider Technologies is seeking a Client Success Manager to support their growing Japanese government client base. This role is based in Tokyo, Japan. The Client Success Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring clients achieve results with Strider products through an exceptional client experience.
The Client Success Manager will be responsible for leading all phases of the client journey, from contract signature to renewal. They will proactively manage client relationships, identify expansion opportunities, and partner with internal teams to deliver the right resources at the right time.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead all phases of the client journey from contract signature through renewal
- Proactively manage and foster relationships with clients to build trust
- Identify expansion opportunities and partner with sales
- Partner with internal business partners to orchestrate Strider’s unique capabilities
- Act with urgency to satisfy priority client requests
- Act ethically and protect client confidentiality
- Be prepared for every client interaction
- Be proactive by anticipating client needs and opportunities
- Be professional through our actions and dress during client interactions
Requirements:
- 2 years of client success experience or equivalent
- Track record of enabling clients to achieve results
- High learning agility
- Proven team player and self-starter
- Excellent communication skills in English and Japanese
- Engaging personality
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Available to travel up to 20%
- Legally authorized to live and work in Japan
