Senior Full Stack Engineer

Job Description

Strider Technologies is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join its Internal Tools Engineering Team. This role involves creating custom tools and systems to automate the analysis of vast data sets and provide actionable insights to internal users. The engineer will collaborate with users, contribute to product innovation, and participate in design and architecture discussions. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology, collaboration, and innovation, with a strong aptitude for learning.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to technical design and architecture.
• Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and product managers.
• Translate requirements into secure applications.
• Participate in code reviews and software release processes.
• Document best practices for software development.
• Research and implement new solutions.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of application development experience.
• 5+ years of Python development experience (or similar).
• Experience building web interfaces and APIs with Flask/Django and Bootstrap.
• Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures.
• Experience building cloud-native solutions in AWS and/or Azure.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage time efficiently.
