Senior AI Engineer

Job Description

Strider Technologies, a strategic intelligence company, is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to contribute to their mission of delivering critical insights through cutting-edge AI technology. The role involves working with large language models (LLMs) and machine learning to process vast amounts of data and develop AI-driven solutions.

The Senior AI Engineer will collaborate with a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and subject-matter experts to develop AI features for internal and customer-facing products.

Responsibilities include:

• Optimizing prompts for NLP tasks
• Extracting data from unstructured documents
• Fine-tuning LLMs for internal use cases
• Automating batch inference workflows
• Developing AI features for internal and customer facing products
• Researching new use cases for applying LLMs
• Authoring design documents
• Participating in code reviews

Requirements:

• Experience building and shipping solutions using LLMs
• Previous experience in a data-heavy role
• Strong problem-solving skills with an affinity for data
• Up-to-date knowledge of LLM techniques
• Deep understanding of the capabilities and limitations of current foundation models
• 6+ years of experience in AI and data-heavy roles
