Recursion is seeking an experienced Enterprise Application Consultant for a 3-month contract role. The consultant will participate in the implementation and optimization of a Unified Communication and Collaboration (UCC) solution, aiming to streamline and harmonize communication and collaboration technologies across the organization.This project focuses on harmonizing disparate UCC tools, enhancing communication workflows, and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams. The Enterprise Application Consultant will manage the project from planning to completion, aligning the UCC solution with business objectives and optimizing communication efficiency.Responsibilities:
  • Assess existing communication and collaboration infrastructure.
  • Design and implement UCC solutions.
  • Lead the configuration and deployment of UCC systems.
  • Provide technical leadership on UCC-related projects.
  • Analyze business processes and recommend optimizations for UCC tools.
  • Identify and resolve application issues related to IdPs and Google Workspace/Slack changes.
  • Configure and migrate enterprise applications (on-prem and SaaS).
  • Customize UCC platforms (Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams, Slack, SharePoint).
  • Develop automated workflows between collaboration platforms.
  • Implement strategies to improve user experience and adoption rates.
  • Offer ongoing strategic advice and support to clients.
Requirements:
  • In-depth experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft Teams.
  • Strong understanding of Slack administration and workspace customization.
  • Proficiency in configuring SharePoint.
  • Experience with Google Admin Console.
  • Expert level user of GAM for managing Google workspaces
  • Problem-solving skills in complex collaboration and communication issues.
  • Technical expertise in UCC platforms.
  • Client-focused with a strong understanding of business requirements.
  • Leadership skills in managing cross-functional teams.
