AirTrunk is seeking a Project Director to be responsible for the delivery of large-scale data centre projects in Malaysia. The Project Director will report to the Development Manager. Company ensures the safe delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Role responsibilities:
- Leading and managing the construction phases of data center facilities.
- Ensuring all installations are of the utmost quality and defect free at handover stage.
- Monitoring project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial accountability.
- Managing project level stakeholders, including clients, contractors, consultants, vendors, & internal team members.
Requirements:
- 10+ years' construction experience within projects over 30,000 m2.
- Fluent in English.
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical/civil engineering or project/construction management.
- Experience working for a data centre operator/previous hyperscale or cloud provider in the APAC market.
