The Compliance Analyst will play a crucial role in monitoring trading activity for potential market abuse and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong background in market surveillance and a keen eye for detail. Role involves:
- Monitoring trading activity for insider dealing and market abuse.
- Acting as a subject matter expert in market surveillance.
- Carrying out day-to-day surveillance operations, including alert reviews and investigations.
- Leveraging data sets and analytical skills to enhance research and investigations.
- Collaborating across Compliance, Product, Engineering, and Data teams.
Requirements:
- BA/BS in a related technical field or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in market surveillance, trading, or related fields.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Comfort with working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong regulatory knowledge and experience with global market integrity.
