Security Operations Manager

OKX is seeking a Security Operations Manager to oversee executive protection, public event security, incident response, and corporate office security. The role involves coordinating with third-party security vendors and ensuring the operational effectiveness of security strategies.

The Security Operations Manager will work with vendors responsible for resource deployment and logistics. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in physical security risk management, corporate security operations, and vendor oversight in the fintech/cryptocurrency environment.

Responsibilities:

• Support executive security programs for C-suite executives.
• Oversee security planning for corporate events and public engagements.
• Serve as the primary responder to physical security incidents.
• Coordinate physical security audits of corporate offices.
• Oversee the day-to-day coordination with third-party security vendors.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in corporate security, executive protection, or related field.
• Military, law enforcement, or intelligence officer background preferred.
• Strong knowledge of physical security technologies.
• Experience in incident management and crisis response.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
