Job Description

OKX is seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to join their Compliance Operations team in Kuala Lumpur. The QA Specialist will be responsible for ensuring high-quality compliance case reviews and maintaining performance standards across all Compliance Ops functions. The successful candidate will monitor and evaluate compliance cases processed by Compliance Ops agents and provide feedback to improve agent performance and ensure efficient and high-quality implementation of compliance controls.

The role involves:

  • Conducting QA reviews to assess agent performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Performing root cause analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Initiating calibration sessions to align on QA standards.
  • Collaborating with the Learning & Development team to establish processes and refine training programs.
  • Developing and maintaining quality documentation.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related matters.
  • Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Participating in the development and implementation of QA initiatives and projects.

OKX requires candidates to have:

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a Quality Assurance role (FinTech / Crypto / Financial Institutions industry preferred).
  • CAMS or ICA certification is a plus.
  • Ability to work on-site.
  • Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Motivation, detail-orientation, and strong multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards (AML, CDD, Sanctions).
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
