Compliance Analyst at OKX

OKX, a global technology company focused on digital assets, is seeking a Compliance Analyst to join its team in Istanbul, Türkiye. The Compliance function at OKX is responsible for the overall compliance culture at the company.

The Compliance Analyst will report directly to the Senior Compliance Manager, OKX Turkey. The role involves managing official communications, conducting research, preparing responses to official institutions, and submitting suspicious transaction notifications to MASAK. The analyst will also participate in compliance reviews, investigations, and special projects, working cross-functionally with various teams.

Role involves:

• Keeping track of official letters/notifications.
• Conducting information research.
• Preparing draft responses.
• Making suspicious transaction notifications to MASAK.
• Participating in compliance reviews and investigations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Good command of English and Turkish.
• Must be a Turkish citizen.
• Knowledge of AML/CFT/Sanctions/KYC and industry best practices.
• Proven ability to work within and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated and a critical thinker.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
