Senior Administrative Manager at OKX

OKX is seeking a Senior Administrative Manager to join their team in Budapest, Hungary. The Senior administrative manager will oversee administrative operations for the Hungary office while remotely supporting broader initiatives across Europe. The role requires a strong background in administration, exceptional organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Role Involves:

• Overseeing space planning, lease negotiations, and office setup.
• Ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations, including facility management and maintaining a conducive work environment.
• Managing employee welfare programs, team-building activities, and regional events.
• Coordinating travel arrangements for Europe-based staff.
• Maintaining oversight of fixed assets and inventory across the region.
• Monitoring regional budgets, tracking expenditures, and ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
• Leading or contributing to office renovation, expansion, and relocation projects.
• Drafting and implementing administrative policies tailored to regional needs.
• Providing remote admin support in EUR regions based on business needs.

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of experience in administrative roles, with regional or multi-location oversight preferred.
• Strong understanding of office operations, asset management, procurement, budget control, and data analysis.
• Proven experience in travel logistics and event management.
• Familiarity with office renovation and expansion projects.
• Must be fluent in both English and Hungarian; knowledge of additional European languages is a plus.
