Senior Administrative Manager at OKX

OKX is seeking a Senior Administrative Manager to join their team in Istanbul, Turkey. The ideal candidate will be experienced and proactive, with a strong understanding of local practices and at least 5 years of administrative experience. Exposure to the crypto industry is preferred. This role supports the company's commitment to providing access to crypto trading and decentralized crypto applications.

What this role involves:

• Overseeing space planning and rental handling
• Maintaining office environment and facilities.
• Managing office welfare and local festival events.
• Providing support for external & internal events and business requirements.
• Arranging and managing travel logistics for staff.
• Handling fixed assets and procurement.
• Monitoring budget, performing data analysis, and making financial recommendations.
• Participating in office renovation and expansion projects.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in an administrative role
• Solid understanding of workspace management, employee welfare, business support, travel management, asset management, procurement, budget control, and data analysis
• Proven experience in policy drafting and managing local festival events
• Proficiency in English and local language
• Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills
