OKX is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join their Growth team. This role will be pivotal in analyzing data, deriving actionable insights, and driving strategic business decisions. The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for managing BI projects, ensuring data quality, and fostering a data-driven culture within the organization.

Requirements:
- More than 5 years of experience, with a good understanding of crypto/fintech domain
- Strong ability to analyze data and draw insights
- Proficiency in BI tools, databases, and data analysis techniques
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present findings clearly
- Ability to solve complex business problems using data
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- A bachelor's degree in a related field (business, IT, statistics, etc.)
