OKX is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join their Global Business Support team in Kuala Lumpur. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally with Customer Service, Legal/Compliance Operations, and Risk Operations, analyzing data and providing insightful reporting to drive decision-making. Responsibilities include collecting, processing, and cleansing data from diverse sources, conducting in-depth data analysis to extract valuable business insights, and translating complex findings into actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Collect, process, and cleanse data from diverse sources
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to extract valuable business insights
  • Analyze customer interactions and feedback
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, visualizations, and reports
  • Contribute to the implementation of data analytics tools
  • Assist in the creation of data governance policies
Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, proven experience as a data analyst, fluency in Chinese, proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, and Power BI, and strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a data analyst or in a similar role
  • Fluent in Chinese
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and databases such as SQL, Python, Power BI
  • Strong knowledge of data gathering, cleaning, and transforming techniques
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and analytical mindset
  • Excellent communication skills
