Fiat Operations Senior Executive at OKX

OKX is seeking a Fiat Operations Senior Executive to manage fiat currency deposits and withdrawals on the exchange platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and executing fiat currency transfers, reconciling daily fiat balances, and resolving customer inquiries related to payment processing. They will also analyze exceptional settlement items and collaborate with cross-functional teams and banking partners.

The role involves supporting future development efforts, assisting the accounting team, and suggesting areas for improvement in settlement operations. OKX is looking for a candidate who is flexible with working hours, including weekend coverage and ad-hoc requests.

Responsibilities:

• Manage customers' fiat currency deposits and withdrawals.
• Reconcile daily fiat balances.
• Resolve customer inquiries related to payment processing.
• Analyze exceptional items related to settlements.
• Support future development efforts by testing new product offerings
• Support the accounting team with reconciliations and other payment-related activities
• Review settlement operations and suggest areas of improvements and automations
• Flexible on working hours, especially on weekend coverage
• Support on ad-hoc requests from cross functional teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in financial operations, preferably in crypto exchange, banking, or fintech industries.
• Solid understanding of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology, and related regulations in Turkey.
• Proficient in financial reconciliation and basic accounting principles.
• Proficiency in English and Turkish, both written and spoken.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong prioritization skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done
