Finance and Accounting Director at OKX

OKX is seeking a Finance and Accounting Director to manage the statutory financial accounting and reporting for the Group. The candidate will work closely with auditors, legal counsels, tax, business and regional finance teams.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing consolidated financial statements under IFRS.
• Developing group accounting policies.
• Acting as an internal consultant on technical accounting issues.
• Improving controls and business processes.
• Ensuring tax accounting aligned with statutory tax computation and submission
• Undertaking ad-hoc special projects

Requirements:

• Minimum 12 years of experience in complex group consolidation.
• Experience in managing US IPO projects.
• Degree in Accountancy or recognizable accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA and etc.).
• Strong business acumen.
• Competent in IFRS/US GAAP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good communication in English and Chinese
