Senior Finance and Accounting Manager at OKX

OKX is seeking a Senior Finance and Accounting Manager to be based in Hong Kong. The role involves preparing statutory financial accounting and reporting for the Group, including consolidated financial statements under IFRS. The candidate will also liaise with auditors, legal counsels, tax, business, and regional finance teams.

Responsibilities Include:

• Preparing financial statements under IFRS.
• Liaising with auditors and various teams.
• Providing accounting support.
• Preparing group accounting policies.
• Improving controls and business processes.
• Preparing tax accounting computations.
• Assisting in special projects.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in preparing/managing/auditing complex group consolidation.
• Experience in managing US IPO project or announcements to US stock exchanges
• Degree in Accountancy or accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, etc.).
• Strong business acumen and attention to detail.
• Competent in IFRS/US GAAP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience in Oracle/Hyperion is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in English and Chinese.
