Senior Finance Manager at OKX

OKX is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to join their team in Istanbul. This role will be responsible for overseeing and managing critical financial functions for the Turkish entity. The Senior Finance Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulatory requirements, and effective cost management.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage accounting, taxation, internal controls, and cost management.
• Prepare financial statements in compliance with TFRS standards.
• Manage recharge processes and transfer pricing compliance.
• Lead engagements with auditors and regulatory authorities.
• Provide financial forecasts and ROI analyses.
• Localise the cost management system to regional needs.
• Comply with regulatory requirements from SPK, CBRT, and MASAK.
• Support local banking infrastructure.
• Monitor and manage working capital and liquidity.
• Collaborate with leadership to define financial goals.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks.

Requirements:

• CPA Qualified, Bachelor’s degree in finance or similar
• 9+ years of experience in financial services or the crypto industry
• Strong knowledge of TFRS and tax regulations
• Self-starting problem solver
• Clear and effective communication skills
• Understanding of cost management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
• Attention to detail
