OKX is seeking an Employee Engagement & Communications Manager to join their People Management team in Hong Kong. The role involves developing and implementing strategies to foster positive employee experiences and enhance organizational performance.
The Employee Engagement & Communications Manager will work with global leadership and business teams to improve employee satisfaction, retention, and overall organizational success.
What this role involves:- Designing and executing employee engagement programs aligned with company goals.
- Promoting open communication channels within the organization.
- Coordinating wellness initiatives to support employee well-being.

- Analyzing employee surveys to identify areas for improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal English and Mandarin communication skills.
