HR Business Partner Director

Job Description

OKX is seeking an HR Business Partner Director to guide leaders and employees, develop employee experience programs, and coach managers. The role involves devising strategies for a positive work environment, overseeing employee handbooks, and partnering with recruiting and marketing teams.

• Guide leaders and employees on HR policies and programs.
• Develop programs to enhance employee experience and talent growth.
• Coach and train managers on communication and feedback.
• Devise strategies for a positive working environment.
• Oversee employee handbook and culture playbook.
• Help administer the performance management process.
• Partner with Recruiting and Marketing teams to showcase company culture.
• Measure Employee Engagement Score (EES) and implement related programs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 10+ years HRBP experience in internet/hi-tech/financial services, ideally in product and engineering.
• Varied HR experience in employment law, compensation, recruitment, and employee relations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good team spirit and ability to work across time zones and cultures.
• Growth mindset, flexibility, objectivity, and integrity.
• Ability to motivate, influence, and coach at all levels.
• Excellent organizational management skills.
