HR Business Partner Director

Job Description

OKX is seeking a HR Business Partner Director. The role involves guiding leaders and employees regarding company policies, values, HR programs, and administration. This includes developing programs to enhance employee experience, coaching managers in communication and feedback, devising strategies for a positive work environment, overseeing the employee handbook, helping administer performance management, and partnering with Recruiting and Marketing teams to showcase the company's culture.

The role involves:

• Guiding leaders and employees on HR policies, values and programs.
• Developing programs to enhance the employee experience.
• Coaching managers in their communication and interaction with employees.
• Devising strategies and plans to ensure a positive working environment.
• Overseeing the employee handbook and culture playbook.
• Helping administer the performance management process.
• Partnering with the Recruiting and Marketing teams to showcase the company culture.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and above.
• 10+ years of experience as an HRBP in product, engineering, or internet/hi-tech/financial services.
• Varied HR experience including employment law, compensation, organizational planning, recruitment, employee relations, engagement, and development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good team spirit and comfort working across different time zones and cultures.
• Growth mindset, flexibility, objectivity, and integrity.
• Ability to motivate, influence, and coach people at all levels.
• Excellent organizational management skills.
• Mandarin understanding level
