HR Operations Analyst/ Manager

Job Description

OKX is seeking a HR Operations Analyst/Manager to join their team in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will execute frontline HR processes and policies, focusing on the Hong Kong population. This role involves daily HR operations, document preparation, and benefit administration. The HR Operations Analyst/Manager will identify opportunities to enhance HR services and implement meaningful changes, shaping people-related practices by applying external and internal knowledge.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the HK population
• Improve existing HR processes for HK employees
• Fulfill the HR needs of HK employees and managers
• Improve efficiency and consistently execute all HR business processes
• Lead the review, updating, and creation of employment documents for compliance in a HK workforce context
• Participate in special projects on a local and global basis as required

• Bachelor's Degree with minimum 5 years of HR Operation experience in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese)
• Strong customer orientation in the delivery of internal services
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple work streams rapidly and effectively
• Strong aptitude for problem solving and the drive to think creatively
• Ability to work independently, under pressure with frequent deadlines
• Ability to handle confidential information, professionally and appropriately
