Job Description

OKX is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join their team in Hong Kong. OKX is a leading crypto exchange that is committed to reshaping the future through crypto and promoting individual freedom. OKX is looking for someone who can can partner with business leaders for people-centric solutions.

The HRBP will be responsible for coaching team leaders, supporting talent growth strategies, and guiding managers and employees in a high-performing environment.

What this role involves:

• Coaching team leaders to develop a solid understanding of talent topics (recruiting & development) as we continue to grow and scale
• Supporting & materialise talent growth strategies by collaborating alongside cross-functional HR Centers of Expertise to meet evolving business needs
• Using data to identify opportunities for areas of development, making better decisions for the business by applying OKX's principles in day-to-day decision
• Guiding our managers and employees with a learn and develop mindset in a high performing environment

Requirements:

• Curious and able to question the status quo with your stakeholders, work with them and define solutions to old problems
• Experience as a trusted HR advisor to the business, you should have performed a people partnering role in a fast-paced company and managed a tech portfolio ideally with software engineers
• Ability to think strategically but also have the ability to be hands on. Someone who will be able to advise business, not merely provide HR operational support
