Strong prioritization skills and a willingness to be hands-on are essential. The Human Resources Operations Manager will lead a small team of HR professionals located globally and drive results to provide a sound Human Resources infrastructure for the business.

What the role involves:

• Manage the recruitment and selection process.
• Design and maintain company policies and procedures.
• Maintain HR systems and databases.
• Evaluate the HR tech stack for simplification and streamlining.
• Manage a small, global team.
• Oversee performance evaluation systems.
• Manage benefits administration and immigration processes.
• Maintain accurate employment contracts, agreements, data, and records.
• Manage HR requests from employees according to internal SLAs.
• Coordinate employee training and development initiatives.
• Define, standardize, and communicate updates to all HR Ops processes.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience leading HR Operations for a distributed workforce.
• Familiarity with global payroll systems.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and recent employment legislation.
• Experience administering compensation and benefits programs.
• Ability to design and implement fair company policies.
• Excellent decision-making and analytical skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional team management and organizational skills.
• Ability to execute a plan in a fast-paced environment.
• BS in Human Resources Management; MS preferred.
