OKX is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Leadership Recruiting Senior Manager to join their team in Hong Kong. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing bespoke search strategies for senior leaders across multiple functions and geographies. The Senior Manager will proactively engage top talent, lead a selection process that adopts best practices, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

• Designing and executing search strategies for senior leaders.
• Conducting in-depth research to identify and map potential prospects.
• Collaborating with cross-functional partners to create talent pipelines.
• Conducting market research to identify talent trends and insights.
• Effectively articulating OKX’s employer brand.
• Networking and building long-lasting prospect relationships.

• 5+ years of global, executive-level hiring experience.
• Experience in building executive-level candidates and relationships in a global business environment.
• Proficiency in using various sourcing techniques and tools.
• Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build creative sourcing strategies.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and creative problem-solving ability.
• High level of personal accountability, integrity, and authenticity.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software.
• Business acumen and market insight.
