Job Description
OKX is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Employee Engagement to join their Employer Branding & Organizational Culture Team. This role will be based in either Hong Kong or Singapore. The Senior Manager will be responsible for driving alignment on the company's mission and core values, developing culture strategies, and designing cultural solutions. They will act as a cultural champion, promoting morale and achieving company goals.

What this role involves:
  • Acting as a cultural champion.
  • Owning and driving culture-related projects.
  • Designing and prototyping new concepts and programs.
  • Analyzing company culture to identify strengths and gaps.
  • Developing a deep understanding of the organization and cultural performance.
  • Providing consultative and customized solutions.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in HR consultation, program management, content creation, and communications.
  • Knowledge of organizational culture domains.
  • Ability to foster relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
  • Data-driven decision-maker.
  • Experience in analysis, synthesis, and insight identification.
  • Experience in concept and program creation, roadmapping, and implementing new strategic initiatives.
  • Experience managing LinkedIn and Glassdoor corporate pages.
