OKX is seeking a Senior Manager/Director, HRIS to optimize its HRIS function and enhance employee experience. This role involves managing and maintaining the HRIS system and providing both operational and technical support. The HRIS Manager will collaborate with various stakeholders, including Product & Engineering, HR COEs, HRBPs, and HR Operations teams, to build and enhance system solutions within OK Group's in-house HRIS, "OKEngine."Responsibilities Include:
- Acting as a Project Manager and collaborating with HR COEs to identify requirements for HRIS solutions.
- Maintaining and administering the HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy and system functionality.
- Being responsible for system testing, upgrades, and implementation of new modules or features.
- Providing end-user training on HRIS functionalities.
- Troubleshooting and resolving user issues related to the HRIS system and tools.
- Generating monthly performance reports and insights by analyzing data from HR chatbot and ticketing system.
- Leading and managing the HRIS team to define the overall HRIS roadmap.
- Mentoring and coaching the team to develop expertise and drive process excellence.
- Ensuring applications integrate into existing infrastructure.
- Translating business needs into projects, including prioritization and resource planning.
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Relevant working experience in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge and/or experience in HRIS modules
- Experience building internal HRIS from scratch
- Expertise in HR processes and core HR systems
- Proven success in leading complex projects and managing HRIS changes/implementations
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer service mindset
- Excellent communication skills in written and verbal form
- Fluency in both English and Chinese
