The role involves:

• Defining, designing, and implementing search engagements for engineering, product management, and other tech functions.
• Developing and executing sourcing strategies to generate candidate flow.
• Managing complex offer negotiations and partnering with HR for onboarding.
• Capturing and maintaining accurate market, client, and candidate information.
• Providing subject matter expertise to coach hiring managers and interview teams.

OKX requires candidates to have:

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience within a corporate environment.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt to changes.
• Experience building partnerships with leaders and cross-functional partners.
