Job Description

OKX is seeking a HRBP Director to join their Leadership Growth team. This role involves working closely with business leaders, acting as a trusted advisor and change facilitator. The HRBP Director will focus on building a leadership community, enabling organizational capability, and fostering culture within OKG. They will identify leadership gaps, strengthen the leadership pipeline, and conduct succession planning. The role also includes providing objective assessments of team and organization issues, using a systematic approach to improve productivity and cohesiveness. Data analysis and provision of insights regarding people & organization health index are also key aspects of the position.

Role involves:

  • Building a leadership community for OKG.
  • Enabling organizational capability.
  • Fostering culture.
  • Identifying and analyzing leadership gaps.
  • Strengthening the leadership pipeline.
  • Conducting succession planning initiatives.
  • Providing objective assessments of team and organization issues.
  • Improving team productivity and organization cohesiveness.
  • Conducting leader and organization data analysis.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in HR Business Partnering, Organizational Development, Talent Management, Leadership Development, or Consulting.
  • Experience in the internet/hi-tech/financial services industry is preferred.
  • Experience consulting/supporting Product & Engineering teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Logical and structured problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with leadership development tools is a plus.
  • Excellent spoken and written English (Mandarin is a plus).
