Leadership Growth Expert (Leadership Development) at OKX

OKX is seeking a Leadership Growth Expert to join their Leadership Management and Development team. This role focuses on enhancing leadership capabilities across the organization. The Leadership Growth Expert will report to OKX leadership team.

Role Involves:

• Working with leaders to understand needs and craft a leadership development roadmap.
• Designing programs for a clear growth pathway for leaders.
• Delivering leadership development activities using various learning methodologies.
• Improving understanding of leadership behaviors and support leaders.
• Developing a learning culture through innovative learning offerings.
• Designing and delivering workshops for aspiring leaders.
• Evaluating the impact of leadership development interventions.
• Collaborating with colleagues to build a high-performing team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree with experience in Leadership development, Organizational Development, Learning and Development, or Talent Management.
• Ability to navigate a fast-paced environment and embrace challenges.
• Self-motivated with a positive mindset and strong teamwork skills.
• Logical and structured problem-solving skills with a big-picture perspective.
• Experience with leadership assessment and development tools (e.g., DISC, Leadership 360, Lego serious play, executive coaching).
• Experienced workshop and training designer and facilitator.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese.
