Job Description
OKX is seeking a HRBP Director to join their Leadership Growth team. This role will work closely with Product & Engineering leaders, functioning as a trusted advisor, coach, and change facilitator. The HRBP Director will be instrumental in building a leadership community within OKX, enabling organizational capability, and fostering a positive culture.
  • Building a leadership community for OKG.
  • Enabling organizational capability.
  • Fostering culture to support full management cycles for OKG business leaders.
  • Identifying and analyzing leadership gaps.
  • Strengthening the leadership pipeline in different functions.
  • Initiating leadership development plans and conducting succession planning initiatives.
  • Providing objective assessment and identifying root causes of team and organization issues.
  • Using a systematic approach to help improve team productivity and organization cohesiveness.
  • Conducting leader and organization data analysis, providing valuable insight and solutions to the business regarding people & organization health index.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in HR Business Partnering, Organizational Development, Talent Management, Leadership Development, or Consulting.
  • Experience in the internet/hi-tech/financial services industry is preferred.
  • Prior experience in consulting/supporting Product & Engineering teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Logical and structured problem-solving skills with a big-picture perspective.
  • Past experience and credentials in leadership development tools are a plus.
  • Excellent spoken and written English; Mandarin is a plus.
