Job Description
OKG is seeking a Leadership Growth Senior Director to lead the leadership growth team and shape the leadership journey within the company. This role involves working closely with business leaders to provide guidance, coaching, and facilitate change across the organization.

The role involves:
  • Leading a team of leadership growth experts.
  • Building a leadership community within OKG.
  • Identifying leadership gaps and developing leadership development plans.
  • Providing objective assessments of team and organizational issues.
  • Conducting data analysis to provide insights and solutions.

Requirements:
  • Experience in HR Business Partnering, Organizational Development, Talent Management, and Leadership Development.
  • Experience in consulting or supporting Product & Engineering teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Logical and structured problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of complex business environments.
  • Excellent English communication skills (Mandarin is a plus).
