Job Description

OKX is seeking a Leadership Management Expert to join their Leadership Growth team. This role is based in San Jose, California. The Leadership Growth department focuses on enhancing leadership capability and fostering community across the organization to achieve business results and long-term growth.

The Leadership Management Expert will work closely with leaders across all levels, serving as a trusted advisor, coach, and change facilitator. The ideal candidate will be passionate, strategic, and experienced in leadership development.

What this role involves:

  • Building a leadership community for OKG.
  • Enabling organizational capability.
  • Fostering culture to support management cycles for OKG business leaders.
  • Identifying and analyzing leadership gaps.
  • Strengthening the leadership pipeline.
  • Initiating leadership development plans and succession planning.
  • Providing objective assessments of team and organizational issues.
  • Conducting leader and organization data analysis.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in HR Business Partnering, Organizational Development, Talent Management, Leadership Development, or Consulting.
  • Experience in the internet/hi-tech/financial services industry is preferred.
  • Experience consulting/supporting non-Product & Engineering teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Logical and structured problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of leadership development tools is a plus.
  • Excellent English skills (Mandarin is a plus).
