OKX is seeking a Team Lead, Legal Operations to be based in Kuala Lumpur. This role involves people management, ensuring team service levels, and liaising with internal stakeholders such as compliance, risk and customer service teams.
- Development of team members and ensure the team service level standards are met.
- Liaising with internal stakeholders such as compliance, risk and customer service teams and management within business units.
- Assisting in overseeing responses to inquiries from legal authorities and legal representatives.
- Implementing process enhancements to improve efficiency.
- Preparing metrics and progress reports.
- Maintaining a working knowledge of company products to effectively communicate with external stakeholders.
- Creating and maintaining strong relationships with company partners and external stakeholders.
- Supporting the enhancement of our Legal Operations function.
- Managing or participating in specific projects which may arise from time to time.
- A degree in law / compliance / a related field which demonstrates critical thinking.
- Proven people management experience with the ability to see the big picture without losing attention to detail.
- Strong communication, planning, and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and writing skills, and are detailed-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
- Strong people skills: Ability to navigate difficult situations and stay calm under pressure.
- Solutions mindset: passionate to find the right solution and resolve the issue.
- Excellent time management: ability to multi-task to solve issues while managing time.

- Willingly to work on a rotational shift to support 24x7 operations.
- Willing to work in Tun Razak Exchange (walking distance from MRT TRX).
