Job Description

OKX is seeking a Chatbot Specialist to join their Global Business Service (GBS) Centre in Kuala Lumpur. The Chatbot Specialist will play a crucial role in enhancing customer experience through the development and refinement of chatbot functionality. This involves developing conversational flows, testing chatbot performance, and implementing machine learning algorithms.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) techniques and be capable of integrating them into chatbot design. The Chatbot Specialist should be adaptable and possess strong prioritization skills to excel in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute AI Chatbot automations.
  • Design user-centric conversational experiences.
  • Enable and maintain multilanguage chatbot flows.
  • Identify trends in customer interaction data.
  • Manage the testing and implementation of chatbot features.
  • Assist with process/tools improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in chatbot development.
  • Experience with natural language processing (NLP) techniques.
  • Experience with workflows creation.
  • Understanding of machine learning algorithms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
