Chatbot Specialist (Mandarin Speaker) at OKX

OKX is seeking a Chatbot Specialist (Mandarin Speaker) to join their team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The Chatbot Specialist will be responsible for the daily data annotation and training for AI customer service systems. They will optimize chatbot response processes and business logic to ensure accurate user intent recognition and provide an excellent response experience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong user-centric mindset, excellent teamwork, and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Daily data annotation and training for AI customer service systems.
• Optimize chatbot response processes and business logic.
• Conduct question format cleaning and annotation.
• Design and develop chatbot response solutions.
• Gather user pain points and issues, analyze operational data.
• Propose improvements related to content, operations, and systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in operating AI customer service systems.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
• Strong user-centric mindset.
• Experience in knowledge base maintenance, text chatbot training, data annotation, or process management roles.
• Strong learning ability, self-motivation, benchmarking, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in data analysis with familiarity in commonly used tools and methods.
• Excellent teamwork, cross-team communication, and coordination skills.
• Familiar with AI customer service technologies and industry trends.
• Willing to work according to given schedule to support 24x7 operations.
• Willing to work in Tun Razak Exchange
