OKX is seeking a Senior Manager/Director of Business Operation Support to oversee and optimize the organization's operational support functions. The successful candidate will streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and drive cross-functional collaboration.
The role involves:
Leading the Business Operation Support (BOS) team.
Managing a team of up to 100 professionals.
Designing and implementing operational strategies.
Identifying and executing opportunities to streamline processes.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
Partnering with senior leadership to establish key performance indicators (KPIs).
Engaging with senior management to communicate progress on key initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
Minimum 8 years experience in operations management field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional problem-solving and strong analytical abilities.
Strong leadership and team management skills including managing remote and dispersed teams.
