The role involves:
- Leading the Business Operation Support (BOS) team.
- Managing a team of up to 100 professionals.
- Designing and implementing operational strategies.
- Identifying and executing opportunities to streamline processes.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
- Partnering with senior leadership to establish key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Engaging with senior management to communicate progress on key initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
- Minimum 8 years experience in operations management field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving and strong analytical abilities.
- Strong leadership and team management skills including managing remote and dispersed teams.
