Senior Specialist, Tools & Technology at OKX

OKX is seeking a Senior Specialist, Tools & Technology to join their Global Business Service (GBS) Centre in Kuala Lumpur. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development, management, and third-party integrations of technologies, working with internal and external stakeholders to improve tool usage in line with company goals.

The role involves managing applications, including configuration, customization, reporting, third-party integration, workflow and trigger setup, monitoring, and troubleshooting. It requires a strong understanding of technology and customer experience to solve complex problems systematically.

• Administer core CS tools & technologies
• Support and communicate with stakeholders
• Manage a queue of operational requests
• Coordinate system integration, upgrades, and change requests
• Identify operational weaknesses and improve processes
• Collaborate with operational teams and cross-functional partners
• Communicate with vendors for solution deployment and system enhancement
• Ensure documentation, processes, and methodologies align with industry standards
• Provide guidance in IT Process and relevant technologies
• Perform technical execution of solutions

• 3 to 5 years of experience in system administration or business analysis
• Strong knowledge & experience in business processes and relevant technologies
• Fast learner and independent thinker
