GBS Regional Operations Lead

OKX is seeking a GBS Regional Operations Lead to drive operational excellence and business support services within the CIS region. This role involves overseeing and optimizing the delivery of shared services to both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with global standards. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a strong background in GBS, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and geographies.

The GBS Regional Operations Lead will report to OKX and will be responsible for:

• Developing and executing the regional GBS strategy in alignment with global objectives.
• Leading a team of GBS professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve performance targets.
• Ensuring efficient and effective service delivery, adhering to SLAs and KPIs.
• Driving process optimization and automation initiatives.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external clients.
• Tracking KPIs to measure GBS performance and implementing improvements.
• Driving change management initiatives and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Requirements for this role include:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 6+ years of experience in leading shared services or GBS functions.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English and Russian.
