OKX is seeking a Senior Customer Service Agent fluent in Dutch to join their team in Budapest. The ideal candidate will handle inquiries and issues from global customers, manage complaints, and identify areas for service improvement. They will participate in team meetings, escalate unresolved issues, and maintain a solutions-oriented approach.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inquiries/issues from global customers.
  • Handle complaints and feedback related to websites, products, platforms, and services.
  • Identify areas for service and procedural improvement.
  • Participate in team meetings and provide feedback.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to Level 2/Supervisors.

Requirements:

  • Diploma from college or above.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English AND Dutch.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of digital asset exchange/trading.
  • Fast typing skills (at least 40 words per minute).
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, MS Outlook, Internet Explorer).
  • Call center customer service-related work experience is preferred.
  • Willing to work on shift rotation.
