OKX is seeking a Senior Customer Service Agent to join their team in Budapest. This role involves addressing inquiries from global customers across various channels and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will maintain a strong understanding of company products and escalate unresolved issues as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Attending to inquiries/issues from global customers via email, chat, and voice.
  • Liaising with internal & external stakeholders to handle complaints and feedback.
  • Maintaining knowledge of company products to communicate effectively with customers.
  • Creating and maintaining strong relationships with company partners.
  • Escalating unresolved issues to Level 2/Supervisors.

Requirements:

  • A Diploma in finance, customer service, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work according to a given schedule to support 24x7 operations.
  • Strong people skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Solutions mindset and excellent time management skills.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to product/process updates.
