OKX is seeking a Senior Customer Service Agent proficient in French to join their team in Budapest. This role involves handling inquiries from global customers through various channels and collaborating with internal teams to address feedback. The ideal candidate will maintain a strong understanding of OKX's products and establish relationships with partners.Role involves:
Handling inquiries and issues from global customers in multiple languages.
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Maintaining a strong understanding of company products.
Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with company partners.
Escalating unresolved issues to Level 2/Supervisors.
Requirements:
A Diploma in finance, customer service & relations, linguistics, crypto-related studies, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in language-related roles.
Proficiency in both spoken and written French and English.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work according to a given schedule to support 24x7 language-related operations.
Strong interpersonal skills and a problem-solving mindset.
Excellent time management and quick learning ability.
