OKX is seeking a Senior Customer Service Agent fluent in Italian to join their team in Budapest. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inquiries from global customers through various channels and collaborating with internal stakeholders to address feedback. They will also maintain a strong understanding of company products and build relationships with partners.

Role Involves:

  • Handling inquiries and issues from global customers in multiple languages.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintaining a strong understanding of company products.
  • Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with company partners.
  • Escalating unresolved issues to Level 2/Supervisors.

Requirements:

  • A Diploma in finance, customer service & relations, linguistics, crypto-related studies, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in language-related roles.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written Italian and English.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work according to a given schedule to support 24x7 operations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent time management and quick learning ability.
