OKX is seeking a Senior Customer Service Agent proficient in Polish to join their team in Budapest. This role involves providing real-time support to customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues through various channels such as live chat and email. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Handling inquiries and issues from global customers in multiple languages.
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to address complaints and feedback.
Maintaining a strong understanding of company products to effectively communicate with customers.
Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with company partners and external stakeholders.
Escalating unresolved issues to Level 2/Supervisors as directed.
Requirements:
A Diploma in finance, customer service & relations, linguistics, crypto-related studies, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in language-related roles, including translation, interpretation, or localization.
Proficiency in both spoken and written Polish and a high level of English proficiency.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and deliver multilingual support.
Willingness to work according to a given schedule to support 24x7 language-related operations.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
Problem-solving mindset and dedication to finding the right linguistic solutions for customers.
Excellent time management skills.
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to evolving language needs.
