Job Description
OKX is seeking a Senior Customer Service Agent fluent in Russian and Ukrainian to join their team. This remote role involves interacting with customers in real-time to address inquiries and resolve issues through various channels, including email, chat, and voice. The agent will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address complaints and feedback, maintain a strong understanding of company products, and escalate unresolved issues to Level 2/Supervisors.
- Handling inquiries and issues from global customers in multiple languages.

- Escalating any queries or unresolved issues to Level 2/Supervisors.
The ideal candidate will possess a diploma in a relevant field, at least 2 years of experience in language-related roles, proficiency in both spoken and written Russian/Ukrainian and English, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills, a problem-solving mindset, excellent time management, and the ability to quickly learn new concepts are also essential.
- A Diploma in finance, customer service & relations, linguistics, crypto-related studies, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in language-related roles.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written language relevant to the job, along with a high level of English language proficiency.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and deliver multilingual support.
- Willingness to work according to a given schedule to support 24x7 language-related operations.
