Senior Agent, Customer Service (Vietnamese Speaker)

Job Description

OKX is seeking a Senior Customer Service Agent to join their team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This role involves interacting with customers in real-time to address their inquiries and problems, providing quick responses through live chat, and delivering professional customer service. The agent will also follow up on help requests via email and collaborate with internal stakeholders to address customer feedback.

• Handling inquiries and issues from global customers in multiple languages through various channels
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
• Maintaining a strong understanding of company products
• Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with company partners and external stakeholders
• Escalating unresolved issues to Level 2/Supervisors

Requirements:

• A Diploma in finance, customer service & relations, linguistics, crypto-related studies, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in language-related roles.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written Vietnamese and a high level of English proficiency.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and deliver multilingual support.
• Willingness to work according to a given schedule to support 24x7 language-related operations.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to quickly grasp new linguistic concepts.
