OKX is seeking a Senior Agent, Customer Service to join their team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inquiries from global customers through various channels, handling complaints and feedback, identifying areas for service improvements, escalating unresolved issues, and proactively driving issue resolution.

The role involves:

  • Handling customer inquiries via email, chat, voice, and social media.
  • Addressing complaints and feedback related to OKX's website, products, platform, and services.
  • Identifying areas for service and program improvements.
  • Escalating and resolving complex issues.
  • Proactively identifying and resolving issues to enhance user experience.

OKX requires candidates to have:

  • A diploma or above (Bachelor's Degree preferred)
  • 1+ years of customer service experience.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin.
  • Ability to accommodate work schedules and adapt to rotational shifts.
  • Strong data analysis and logical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Good stress tolerance, communication, and organizational skills.
  • A proactive and positive work attitude.
