Manager, Risk Operations (Payment Risk) at OKX

OKX is seeking a Manager of Risk Operations to join their team in Budapest. This role is within the Global Customer Service function, focusing on managing and balancing risk and reward for the platform.

The successful candidate will establish a fraud risk team in Europe, specifically in Bulgaria and Hungary. They will be responsible for recruitment, establishing fraud processes, policies, procedures, and guidelines.

What this role involves:

• Creating strategies to build and mature the fraud risk operation team.
• Managing day-to-day operational and capacity needs, handling escalations.
• Managing a team of fraud risk representatives to prevent losses from fraud.
• Creating and maintaining risk and fraud investigation review procedures.
• Implementing a risk operational excellence program.
• Maintaining a team of high-performing investigators.
• Educating and influencing the company regarding fraud risk management.

Requirements:

• BA/BS degree.
• 8 years of experience in fraud risk management.
• Leadership and managerial expertise.
• Experience in designing and implementing fraud risk operational strategies.
• Strong capabilities in driving fraud risk analytics.
• Ability to work collaboratively with business functions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Coaching, mentoring, and leadership skills.
