Senior Associate, Fraud Risk (Mandarin & English Support) at OKX

OKX is seeking a Senior Associate, Fraud Risk to work in their Kuala Lumpur office. This role involves reviewing thawing or unbinding requests, centralizing operational authority, ensuring the correctness of restriction removal, reducing the risk of operational errors, and collaborating with other departments such as risk control and customer service.

The role involves:

• Reviewing thawing or unbinding requests from various business lines.
• Ensuring all thawing operations are conducted through a unified permission management system.
• Ensuring the accuracy of operation when removing account restrictions.
• Reducing account security issues caused by operational mistakes.
• Working closely with departments such as risk control and customer service.

Requirements:

• Relevant professional knowledge in network security and risk management.
• Strong logical thinking and risk assessment abilities.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Deep understanding of operational processes and adherence to operational norms.
• Ability to learn new knowledge and skills rapidly.
• Strong sense of responsibility and patience.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin.
• Willingness to work according to a given schedule to support 24x7 operations.
• Willingness to work in Tun Razak Exchange.
