Senior Associate, Fraud Risk (Mandarin & English Support)

Job Description

OKX is seeking a Senior Associate, Fraud Risk to join their team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This role is crucial for ensuring the security and compliance of user accounts by carefully reviewing thawing and unbinding requests. The Senior Associate will work closely with risk control and customer service departments to address account security issues and prevent unauthorized operations.Responsibilities include:

• Reviewing thawing or unbinding requests from various business lines.
• Centralizing operational authority through a unified permission management system.
• Ensuring the accuracy of restriction removals to avoid risks.
• Reducing the risk of operational errors by implementing strict procedures.
• Collaborating with risk control and customer service departments.

• Relevant professional knowledge in network security and risk management.
• Strong logical thinking and risk assessment abilities.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• A deep understanding of operational processes and compliance.
• The ability to rapidly learn new knowledge and skills.

• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin.
• Willingness to work according to a given schedule to support 24x7 operations.
• Willingness to work in Tun Razak Exchange, walking distance to MRT TRX.
